Deputy Director of Estates and Facilities and Head of Commercial and Contract Management

UCLH is seeking an experienced individual with effective communication skills to support the Director of Estates and Facilities in the development, direction and leadership of a high quality commercial and contract management function. The post holder will ensure that UCLH maximises its opportunities from new commercial opportunities, implementing robust and intelligent management of the Trust’s existing significant commercial contracts, including the PFI.

The Deputy Director will support the Director in all aspects of Estates and Facilities. They will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality management of the core team, ensuring sound decision making on new commercial opportunities, as well as proper assessment and realisation of benefits. They will formulate longer term strategies and new efficient ways of working that deliver high customer and staff satisfaction levels, on top of providing value for money.
