An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join a team of professionals providing technical support across UCLH NHS FT.

 UCLH is a world class hospital in the central London, aiming to set the highest standards in healthcare. This post is required to provide expert medical equipment support to Critical Care Units across the Trust, carrying out servicing and repair of a wide range of specialised medical and dental equipment in a dynamic Medical Physics and Biomedical Engineering team.

You are already a highly experienced technologist, with more than 5 years’ experience, confident to work independently providing excellent technical support to a wide range of specialised medical equipment with experience of calibration and repair.  

You set high standards, are safety conscious and always ensure services are provided to enhance and improve patient care.

You are comfortable working in a team with or without supervision.

The Post

The service looks after medical and dental equipment across all UCLH sites.

Applicant requirements

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
