On Grafton Way, we are building a facility which will be home to one of only two high energy NHS proton beam therapy centres, Europe’s largest centre for the treatment of blood disorders and a hyper modern surgery service.  Close by on Huntley Street we are developing the new Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals. Replacing the current hospitals on Grays’ Inn Road, this development will mean we can provide multidisciplinary care to our dental and ENT patients in a modern environment. Our Grafton Way facility is due to open in 2020, with Huntley Street opening in 2019.

Bank Radiographers

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH), situated in the heart of London, is one of the largest NHS foundation trusts in the United Kingdom and provides first class acute and specialist services to patients both locally and from throughout the UK and abroad.

We are currently recruiting band 5 and 6 Radiographers who have an enthusiastic approach to the delivery of high quality patient care to join the UCLH staff bank.

To be a successful member of the bank you will need:

• To be able to undertake diagnostic investigations including MRI, CT Scan, Ultrasound and General X-ray;
• Be HPC registered;
• To show evidence of continued professional development;
• To be able to communicate clearly and effectively with the radiography team and wider multidisciplinary team;
• To be able to communicate in a clear and empathetic manner with patients;
• To demonstrate flexibility to work a variety of shifts within a 37.5 hour week;
• To be able to work autonomously when required.
