Band 5 Induction and Core Skills Team Leader

Please note we are recruiting to two posts.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for learning to join the Induction and Core Skills team.  In this role you will co-ordinate the induction and training of staff at UCLH, and manage a small team of administrative staff.

Your day-to-day duties will include providing operational and professional advice and support.  You will be coordinating the scheduling of induction programmes for new staff, and training for all Trust staff.  Additionally you will manage the workload of your direct reports ensuring that we provide an excellent service.

This is a busy, customer-facing role that will bring you into direct contact with our new starters through the trust induction programme, in both the classroom and in a virtual capacity. You will have excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, with exceptional time and organisational skills that will enable you to manage your varied workload and deadlines.

You must be a proactive team player who lives our vision, values and objectives. You will be able to build, develop and maintain positive and effective working relationships with people from a wide range of professional backgrounds. Working alongside the Epic Training team is a key part of this role.

This is an exciting time to join our team as we optimise our new Electronic Health Records System (EHRS).  This role offers a great opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is looking for variety, responsibility, and people contact.
