Following a promotion we are looking for a Finance Manager to lead the Divisional Financial analysis and reporting for Women’s Health and Paediatrics.

The Finance Manager will work with the senior leadership team across Women’s Health and Paediatrics to ensure the consistent achievement of financial performance and outcome targets that supports the delivery of high quality patient care.

You will be expected to work in a way that facilitates collaborative partnerships to achieve the Trust’s strategic vision.

The successful candidate will be expected to make an active contribution to the running of the Specialist Hospital Board Finance team, generating service improvement ideas and deputising as and when required for the Board’s Head of Finance. You will be a strong communicator and will be able to work with non-finance staff to present complex financial information in ways which will ensure engagement and understanding.
