Applications are welcome to the post of Trust Grade (FY2 + ST1/2) this is a full time fixed term (renewable) appointment.

We are looking for a Trust grade doctor to join our exciting General surgical team (out of hour’s shifts only). The post-holder will work closely under the direction of the GI Services Consultants and Specialist Trainees with duties to include inpatient care, operating with and assisting senior team members in theatre, assessing emergency admission patients.

The post holder will also be encouraged to gain experience in Colorectal, Upper GI, and Endocrine and Bariatric surgery. The appointee would be expected to contribute to the audit research as well as providing junior surgical support for inpatients on the wards.

Please note NHS experience is required.
