An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and fully-qualified trainer/facilitator to join the Staff Development. The role requires a focused, committed, enthusiastic individual with a passion for education, training and development. Key result areas for this role will be to support the delivery of a wide and varied number of initiatives aimed at enhancing the capability, competence, skills, knowledge and experience of all UCLH staff. This role will give you the opportunity to work with colleagues from across the organisation, developing your understanding of learning and education needs that accompany the breadth of services being delivered at UCLH.

We are looking for specific skills to complement our service. You will have a proven training or facilitation background with commitment to ensuring learners have an excellent experience when interacting with our service. The successful applicant will be enthusiastic about completing their work to a high standard and accurately. They will enjoy working in a customer-focused role, problem solving with our colleagues and managing competing priorities and deadlines. They will bring exceptional organisational skills that will help them manage a varied workload. Excellent computer skills and experience in using database or learning management systems will be essential to helping you succeed in this role.


Please note: that the selection process will consist of an interview where applicants deliver a supporting presentation on a topic to be advised in advance
