This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced dynamic individual to join University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust as an Estates Manager at our Westmoreland Street site.

The post offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estates Manager looking to manage an operational estates team and maintain an important healthcare building to help the Trust achieve its vision of service provision improvement.
You will be expected to work closely with a wide range of staff from different disciplines including Clinicians and Design Consultants to deliver a high level service that supports a high standard of patient care.

If you:
• Are professionally qualified within mechanical/electrical engineering disciplines.
• Have experience of maintaining complex building systems, within the National Health Service.
• Have experience of working within a busy environment to strict deadlines.
• Have previous experience in developing estates services and systems of work.
• Have ability to lead and motivate a team of in-house estates maintenance technicians.
